Brian is a PGA Qualified 'Advanced' Professional

Brian has been involved professionally since 1982 working both at home and abroad building up knowledge of the golf swing, teaching players of all abilities from beginers to professionals. Brian was honoured to be a founder member of the professional golfers associations game improvement team which worked yearly at The Open Championship and he continued as an integral part of that team for several years working numerous Opens and other events ranging for the World Invitational to the Motor show. Brian has been for some years head coach to Durham County Ladies and in 2006 Brian was awarded 'Advanced' status by The Professional Golfers Association

Brian believes in keeeping the game as simple as possible stressing good basic fundamentals such as grip/hold, aim/alignment, stance and posture, whilst not compromising essential dynamics in search of style, Brian's innovative video tuition means that a client can see the changes that are required within their golf swings for themselves and with Brian's guidance implement the change both quickly and efficiently, to reinforce the learning experience. Brian has various tools and teaching aids at his disposal and we are at The Beamish Park Hotel a registerd 'Explanar Centre'.
